Delivery & Cancelation Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. We will ensure that the products are well packaged and undoubtedly in the best quality we can offer. However, if you feel unsatisfied with our product or have a product that is damaged upon arrival, drop us an email to marketing@tnagtrading.com with a description of your issue and possibly any photos if any and we will get in touch with you to mitigate the issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order cancellation
Order cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not been fulfilled from T&A Global trading company Ltd. If you have placed an order by mistake, please reach us on marketing@tnagtrading.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate and process a refund to you.
Refunds
Upon your request for cancellation or refund, T&A Global trading company Ltd will investigate the request and If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that refund processing will incur 10% administrative charges (mostly due to platform charges that are applied to T&A Global trading company Ltd for payment processing) which will be deducted from the refund value along with any shipping costs for the items.
Delivery Policy
- Processing Time: Delivery will commence 14 days after full payment is received.
- Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via UPS.
- Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided to you once your goods have been dispatched.
- Fumigation Requirement: Coir products require fumigation to obtain necessary certification for shipping.
